Caring for Mom

As a busy mom you needs are often the last ones to get met. Unfortunately, that neglect can lead to bad attitudes, low self-esteem and even depression. We all know that we need to take some “me time” now and then, but sometimes when we have the time we don’t know what to do.

  3. Cut them apart
  4. Place them in a jar or box-the prettier the better in my opinion
  5. Any time you are feeling overwhelmed, or just want some “me time”; reach in and pull out a card and do what it says.
