Today I am sharing one of my family’s favorite recipes.
Mom’s Magnificent Meatloaf
Ingredients:
- 1 can 10 1/2 oz Campbell’s Tomato Soup
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup fine Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1 TBS A-1 sauce
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix thoroughly with your hands. Place in a standard loaf pan (I uses a special 2 part meatloaf pan that lets the grease to drip into the outer pan). Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Makes 8 servings. I usually serve with potatoes and corn. Try it and leave me a comment here letting me know what you think.
